We have greatly expanded our product range with wild herb events in Berlin. After years of focusing on the nutritional value of local wild herbs in the Forests (Survival Courses and Events) project, it became increasingly clear to us that they offer much more than proteins and carbohydrates:

Healthy ingredients and a partially highly interesting taste, which is completely lost in our frequent breeding forms from the supermarket. We want to provide you with a space where you can learn what our ancestors still mastered: Distinguishing edible and poisonous wild herbs and integrating them into our everyday kitchen.
